Cancellation Policy

If the tour does not proceed: if for any reason we decide the tour cannot proceed, any payments you made to us towards the tour price will be refunded to you.

If we cancel the tour: We may cancel the tour anytime up until 30/04/24 due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In this instance, you will receive a refund for any payments you have made towards the tour price. We are not responsible for any other expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

If you want or need to cancel, here is the deal: Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations advised between 120 and 60 days prior to the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee. Cancellations advised less than 60 days prior to the tour date will result in the loss of all monies paid. Our French Impressions strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
