Beth & Hayden - Burrawong Gaian- Barranganyatti

Burrawong Gaian is an award winning , vertically integrated Humane Choice accredited poultry farm near Bellingen on the Eastern Coast of New South Wales. 
I have met Beth and Hayden at Carriageworks Farmers Market and was totally taken by the quality of their poultry once I tried Beth's rillettes! Both teachers, Beth still teaches music at her local high school, another good reason to be friends. Hayden runs the farm full time.
I finally had the opportunity to visit theit operations in January 2018 and to record this interview.
