I have know Greg and Lauren for a while and even bought some of their meat which I always find tasty and tender. So, when the opportunity to visit Linga Longa Farm on my way to Bellingen for Australia Day, I jumped at the chance to stop by, a agréable and worthwhile stopover over lunch.
Greg and Lauren pasture raise beef for a living - and pigs on another property - which is farming ‘à l’ancienne’ as Greg put it in the interview we conducted on the day.
