Pierre and I have know each other for 7 years, which means more or less since he started Pepe Saya Butter Company in November 2010. We have been teasing each other ever since about going to France together on a reconnaissance of small artisan butter manufacturers... And this year, we did it!
So, it was fitting to go and interview Pierre properly on our return in his factory in Sydney. Enjoy our banter!
