We have not been able to record new interviews because of technical difficulties, but now we are well equipped to start over, and who else than Pierre Issa of Pepe Saya Butter Company fame would be better to restart that program? We recently went on a tour of small artisan butter manufacturers in France together and this was recorded not long after we returned to Sydney. Pierre talks about the history of his butter journey, his plans for future developments and our trip to France. Enjoy!
