It is not in my nature to be negative, but unfortunately, this restaurant did not cut the mustard for me:
Although the service and the decor were great, as well as the starters, the main courses and desserts (or absence of...) were a definite let down. A shame really, as the Chef Zac Sykes  was  sought out by Stephen Hodges to help with opening “Fish Face” (best seafood restaurant and 1 Hat) where Zac was head chef for 3 and a half years.
And I had a number of great dinners there. I have always been amazed by what coming out of this tiny kitchen.
I was so disappointed by Capital Grill that I posted a review on the "Eatability" website...
