Just a quick post on two one-day trips if you are based in Lourmarin or Maussanne and want to see a less known version of the French Riviera - see our Travel/Provence page.
After a gastro detour to Paris, we are back in Provence to finish our journey around the Luberon. We take you to Lumieres, Menerbes, Oppede Le Vieux, and a side trip to L'Isle sur la Sorgue and La Fontaine de Vaucluse. Beautiful photos, good restaurants and a special shop, Edith Mezard, where you can find the most beautiful table linen...Go to our Provence page here But be reassured that our Luberon journey is not over with plenty more villages, restaurants and shops to be reviewed soon. Keep coming back!
Over the next few weeks, we will review some of our favourite restaurants in Paris of all times. Some we have reexperienced recently, some are still alive and kicking although our experience dates from up to 15 years ago. We will review two today: Guy Savoy and Annapurna. These restaurants have been around for a very long time and still command a very high ranking in Trip Advisor. Actually Guy Savoy is ranked number ONE out of more than 6000 restaurants reviewed. See out Travel/Paris section for details.
In an order to improve and streamline our online shop, we will temporarily close it down. You cabn still help us in the meantime by purchasing products directly from the Amazon ads sprinkled through our diffent pages. The money made this way goes back into tools for the site, like a new camera, adwords campaign, PRWeb campaigns and so on, giving you a better content and information. So, be bold and brave and click away!
